The Role of Our Deaconess:
- Service as Big Sister to the female congregation
- Display good deportment; "Fruits of the Spirit" to new Disciples
- Share encouraging words and talk to female concerning proper dress for baptizing and to assist her after baptizing
- Prepare communion (The Lord's Supper)
- Assist the Pastor and deacon in carrying communion to Sick and Shut-In.
